Celice is the strongest lord because you can manipulate his starting stats by beefing up his parent. The caps were higher in that game too. Though you only get a short time to work on his mom, his dad is one of the strongest lords in the series. Micaiah, she hits really really hard. Ike is a beefed up main character version of the Hero class and the Hero class is powerful enough as it is.

Ephraim is one of my favorite lords. But if you're gonna say that, you might as well imply the same ending Ike gave Begnion, Daein and Kilvas for a short while. Ike had no problem taking all of them down, considering that an army of over 1 million soldiers from each kingdom AND more, 10000k, fought the Greil's group and died. Ike also killed a goddess. Numbers don't matter, it's you that matters.

why Ike is better then hector.

1. Hector may have high constitution and good defense but sometimes armads doesn't help, especially against Ragnell and with Ike having high speed and can even double the most fastest characters this makes hector in a bad position.

2. Vanguard Ike has 65HP with Ragnell and with the 3rd tier stats, even Ike can kill hector with hammer but hector can use swords too but even though Ike can still attack well. (aether).This is my opinion I am not here to start a war.

1) characters in Radiant Dawn are too overpowered. end of story. perfect stats across the board makes them too good to really compare them to the older game characters. Hector is from a time in Fire Emblem when characters did not max everything out, and he made himself beast w/o his stats maxed out so much. so of course Ike would beat Hector. hes from Radiant Dawn

On that noe, I probably say Hector would get Nihil, and AT LEAST his own version of colossus and/or Luna if he didn't get Aether. He would AT LEAST get one, if not both of those two, PLUS Nihil.

For all we know, 65 str from Ike's game could be anywhere from 25-40 in Hector's game. One way to prove that they may be different stats is to just observe how flippin' FAST Lyn is when she criticals with, or even WITHOUT the Sol Katti.

Well yeah, I hope they don't as well. However, it's understandable to happen in FF because the game's title means a scenario in which it is the FINAL fantasy. The FINAL event, which means it makes sense that it takes place in the future; the FINAL/LAST point in time. That also explains why there are 14+ Final Fantasies; each one displays a different scenario of what COULD be the Final Fantasy.

Hektor always ends up dying when he goes up against swords... and at times mages. Especially in the Arena. I dont know how many times I had to reset the level just because of this overrated mass of muscle.
