  • Nice video! However, this doesn't mean anything (yet) and cannot be classified as an impingement! The rotator cuff passes the acromion without problems, so there is no impingement... If the bursa is fluidfilled (which seems to be the case) you should go look for damage of rotator cuff (tearing). The bursa only fills with fluid if there is cuff pathology on bursal side...
