The video was 100% shot on Loch Ness.

I've seen the full video and 2 documentaries which show more than the few seconds here on youtube.

One of the shows which used the footage was Outrageous Vacation Videos and they show more footage.

It was shot by a tourist who said nothing at the time and only later did he show the footage which is why the boat doesn't travel towards it.

Loch Ness is 23miles long and does act like a river in places.

Sorry, its not on a lake, its on a River, lakes dont have such stream. I know the film is being take on a boat, but still you can see that some pieces of whatever are floating and moving the oposite direction the boat is going. Also if you are on a boat on Loch Ness lake, you would love to go close to the famous monster, why the guy doesnt go towards it? Cuz he is not filming any monster, just any normal river animal like a Capivara (google it).
