@Stickanimator2000 NO. You can maybe put one in there for a few months, but they're arboreal animals. My NG frilled is in a 4 foot long, 2 feet deep, and 6 feet tall cage. The minimum size cage for a NG is 2x3x4, since aussies get larger you'll have to have a little bigger.
if their animals are healthy then they obviusly know what the fuck they are talking about... doesnt matter how you take care of a pet as long as it is happy and healthy.
@carlowapo1234 They are not cool in any way. This luckily isn't the big dumbass of expert village. And the dude dosn't even know how to spell "frilled."
this cunt doesnt know shit im from austrailian and ive only just pretty much started looking up frillys tonight never have before and yet i know more then this half retarted dip shit...
1.australian frilled dragons live in the savanna woodland areas of upper australia to lower new guinea.
expert:they live in desert
2.frilled dragons use their frill to distract the predator such as carpet pythons.once the frill distracted the predator the frilled lizard has an easy chance of fleeing away
expert:to make lizard seem larger to scare predators
.
3.this isnt a care video,it didnt tell me anything on frilled dragon care.just basic lizard facts
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
There are no deserts on the Island on New Guinea. Also, nobody should own this creature as a pet. It's a wild animal. If you want to own a pet, buy a dog. If you want to own an "exotic" pet, kill yourself.
They "borrowed" the frill idea? More like a Dilophosaurus... I'm sure this guy knows a lot and I won't bash him on one video about them but I sure am sick of all the self proclaimed "experts" from this expertvillage..
"Desert"??? These things come from heavily treed arid forests of Northern Australia. They spend approx. 90% of their lives in gum/eucalyp trees!!! Hard to do in a desert.
ok, well that didn't teach me anything on how to care for a frilled dragon, but thanks for telling me something I already new and anyone could find out from a simple search. Some real expertise would be nice.
I agree. The only things I know so far is that UVB lights are best and calcium supplements are good for them too. I've also heard other then eating bugs and baby mice, they also will eat fruits. I'm still doing research, it'll be awhile before I get a frilled dragon. I will check out your videos too, frilled dragons are cool.
