@MrTsunayoshisawadax Excel can be used when you have one meter . You are unable to do supers until Excel is gone . Practically as I play Sagat I don't use excel much at all as it's not needed . I need to save up meter for Tiger Cannon High whenever he's far away so I can bait him to either take chip dmg or eat a Tiger Cannon one way or the other . However certain characters may be able to avoid his Tiger Cannon bait shenanigans .
