@annikee59 you're welcome. i think that this is a precedent-setting case. it may effect the training of ALL law enforcement officials and it has already awakened various community organizations. i am only one person and have a lot going on in my life right now, so there are parts of the case (rallys, interviews, etc.) that i don't keep up with. if you hear of anything, please let me know and i'll try and post a vid or make a commentary. PLEASE keep the grant family and oakland in your prayers.
@rebelfrak Allm of you are always in my prayers. Here's some iroy- I'm across the country, relying on you to let me know what's up out there! If I do find anything you don't already know, I'll send it on. Peace.
How in the hell did the 1st degree murder charge get thrown out? EVERYONE saw this dumb ass shoot a defenseless man, that was face down, in the fucking back! Prosecutors better file for an appeal. THAT is complete bullshit. WHAT WAS INVOLUNTARY ABOUT THIS?!!
The jury should have been selected differently for sure. I've always thought that juries should be comprised of people from far off places. Not in the region of the news coverage anyway. That goes for any jury trial. This is crap.
I mean no disrespect, but you clearly don't know the law. Murder, regardless of the degree, entails either a) a SPECIFIC INTENT to kill, or b) in the absence of a specific intent to kill, a condition of malice aforethought, which is defined as a "general disregard for human life." Neither was evident in this case. Murder, in ANY degree, should not have been charged in the first place.
Thank you for following this case.

The jury made the correct verdict.
