Saw him in Las Vegas in 1991. He was doing stuff from the Gallagher Special and nobody was hardly laughing. He mentioned how tough the house was. I know better than to make myself obvious to a comedian, but I told him everybody was familiar with what he was doing. I said "Like next you'll do the Matterhorn Ride with your shoe and a glass of water, then say "Look where my tie points!" He said, "Ok, then..." and went on to do 30 minutes of new stuff and KILLED! Great act.... Great guy.
I've done shows with Bill and he is easily and by far one of the funniest comedians EVER! I've been a fan of his since his "Tony Rolletti" days on "Fernwood Tonite" and that character is to me the best lounge singer parody I've ever seen, even funnier than Andy Kaufman's Tony Clifton character and I'm a huge fan of Andy. Best to you, Bill and keep on rockin' the rooms!

Great stuff. Bill gave us all a great laugh that night. As you can see, he made me feel better about coming in late to the show and making other people stand up so I get to my seat.
By far, Bill's best work to date has to be his hit TV series, "Wendy and the Butler." Check it out if you haven't already. He's over-the-top funny. It's a JTTOU spin off.
Stumbled onto this vid. I've seen you over the years TV & Movies) and it is really wonderful to see a DHHS alumni to be so sucessfull. Keep going strong!
Wow. Painful
