A underrated hit from 79 during their Casablanca years. They are all but retired now and living in Prescott, AZ, but they still do occasional local shows here and there. No more to prove however, and now they leave a great muscial legacy. Thanks C and T!!
@tamarafeliz Not being sarcastic, but what makes you think she sounds like Karen, whom I miss very much. Karen's voice is much clearer and distinct. Toni has a great voice too. Actually both worked for A & M records at the time. I have attempted myself to get that Karen Carpenter sound but it's never going to happen because she had that one of a kind vocal sound.
Fell in love with this song first time I heard it in July/August of 1978. Came on my sister's AM radio one night when we were traveling across Arizona on I-40 near Holbrook. Mike in Fresno, Ca.
the name of the LP was 'Dream'
