This is the one series Garner did which I've never seen. It would be nice for the studio to release it on DVD. Garner was disapointed this series was cancelled after one season because he'd felt it was some of his best work. Of course......the cancellation also had a positive side for us fans of the Rockford Files.
Thanks for uploading. The series was ahead of my time. I am big fan of Mr. Garner and enjoy all his films. I own many his DVD. I hope there would be DVD of this show. I would buy it.
@warwrestler LOL. I read about that in Garner's memoirs. Such a typically Hollywood move in a series. More like a corny soap opera (but I repeat myself). I would love to see this series.
Excellent! I've been talking about this series for years. It's one of my favorites. (I wrote to the network when it was first cancelled and received a return letter joking that I was the only one watching it. Never knew what to make of that letter.) I'd love to see any of the episodes. The rest of this one would be nice. Thanks for posting it!
This was a great but short lived series. It's been written that James Garner was very upset when it was cancelled. Margot is very young and beautiful in this scene!
I remember being rather disappointed as well when the show went off. Yeah Margot Kidder was kinda hot, very fascinating, and I was just entering puberty when it ended. Who knows what the networks were thinking? It was a great show that could have had legs if they let it! I've always admired James Garner and his work.
I think they are really good together here. Great performances. Great scene.

I was 13 when this show was on the air. I thought Margot was pretty hot! Too bad she turned into a nut job.

It looks like someone is selling a bootlet DVD set of the complete first season on Google but it's over $90.

the ending of the series stunk, when Nichols got killed and his twin brother came in to seek revenge.
