Oh CHIRST! I was at Broad and Locust (1block from this video) There was literally THOUSANDS of people over MILES of this city last night, and IT WAS AWESOME!!!
The drunks fighting and vandalizing were about 2% of the THOUSANDS of fans who were just laughing, smiling, and blowing off steam!

Sorry, I don't have any compassion for those who would condone this behavior. People got seriously hurt, and every person who works in the city is paying part of their salary to repair these traffic lights.
This happened on Saturday where I live in State College after Penn State won, and it's a disgrace. The police should review these videos like they did in the Penn State riot and arrest those responsible.
