great form, good back workout. but!!! what is going on with your calves? brother please work on your lowers. you will look more pro. also get rid of the straps, can not build grip like that. take care.
Textbook form, well done. What is keeping the other end of the barbell on the ground? I've found that anything over 3 plates and the bar starts coming off the ground.
@ffryan what i do is the pins on the side of the squat rack, i load 4 20kg weights on the pin (45lbs) and then put the end of the bar in the middle of the plates so the end is sort of slid under a little bit. load up the bar and i'mr eady to go. i'm only t-barring 4 plates so i'm not sure what would happen if you put a heavy weight on there, but it is incredibly stirdy for me and has been. watch out for the plates seperating inbetween sets cos if that slides ur gona break some shit.
Yes and No because your forearms will give out far faster than your back. If you really want your back to grow you have stimulate the muscle as much as possible, and if your forearms give you would stop at let's say 10 reps when your back can handle like 15 reps.
I went to a gym that had a t-bar rowing machine. It was fixed on a lever. I have been to 2 other gyms since and have never seen that machine again. I just do barbell rows now. I feel like I cant get the form right on these. This guy is legit. All his lifts are pretty damn impressive.
hey bskola, i need your expertise on something... i'm a fairly small guy, i weight in at 155lbs. I was doing DB bench press with 90lbs DB for 6 reps with perfect control. I somehow hurt myself in the process, do you think i'm going too heavy considering my weight and the size of my bones ?
wow strong shirt matching gym equipment lulz. Seriously though, aren't you supposed to look up when doing this exercise to keep your back straight and good posture? Just curious, not hating

sgilb45 1 year ago
@sgilb45 it would most likely be in pounds because of the 45 increments
