your setup is not as engaged as Aarons. You have a flatter shoulder plane than Aaron. Your arms are more behind you at the top. (Aarons arm plane is deep but in front of him at the top) and you dont have Aarons arm speed in the downswing. As a result your arms are further behind, resulting in your pull you demonstrate here.
