Maybe in Jak TLF is when Jak builds haven city. none of Mar's statues include Daxter in them. when jak goes in the ship with the precursors, he doesn't take daxter. i'm pretty sure thet if they made a statue of jak, he would make them include daxter.

Yeah, I saw and favorited that video. Anyway, let's just hope there is a Jak IV, which I'm pretty sure of because in a recent interview with a Naughty Dog worker, he said he thinks they will go back to Jak and Daxter, they just needed some fresh ideas (Uncharted 1 and 2).

If there is a Jak IV, I would like to see Jak and Daxter go back in time to after they opened the rift gate in Jak II and fight against the metal heads. Jak and Daxter could start the war over Sandover and, in its destruction, have it reuilt as Haven City with Jak as their ruler and founder, recognized as the great warrior Mar. Also, Jak and Daxter could set up everything they interact with in the future and travel back to the future to live and prosper.
