I really, really want that homemade yeast recipe. How would one go about getting that from you? I've watched all your Sunday kitchen shows and don't seem to be able to find it.
I do love matcha, though I do normally get my green tea shakes from Starbucks (since I don't have a real good or reliable source of green tea in Florida)

Green tea powder made with the leaves intact so it uses more of the plant -- it's available in tea shops and the web -- Just Yahoo MATCHA
