  • Alright that's it, I'm grabbing pizza, beer, and a pack of cigarettes.

  • Wow. Way to go Esak.

  • Very inspiring !

  • Dude you just beat hot yoga

  • Wow!! I love yoga!!!! Namaste!!!!

  • is meat bad for yoga or what?I'm confused...

  • Impressive!

  • i luv Esak. Luv his technique.

  • I am seriously impressed, but why's this dude doing this? Honest question why?

  • @Enquiringmind777 this is sport. so...u become excellent at it and he is a professional yogi. also- flexabilty at this level gives u a euphoria and you get a 23 hour buzz....finally, this flexabilty helps you live longer, keeps u in phenominal shape, and enables, whatever sport you do (brazil jiujitsu, boxing, muy thai, to be at your top edge. all great mma fighters (bj penn, john fitch, anderson silva, do yoga tokeep them flexable and super strong.

  • the things the human body can do!

i've been doing bikram a little less than a year...i don't plan on doing it competitively, but i would love to be this flexible!

  • Holy crap, I have a long way to go in yoga

  • um, these are the "advanced" postures in bikram? wow, about 90% of them are taught in the PRIMARY series in ashtanga, and they're not even that hard----by the way, "forearm-stand" is called pincha mayurasana, and it's known as feathered peacock, not forearm-stand

try lifting up into it from full lotus, that's what you do in the second ashtanga series, do that, then I'll be impressed

  • how do you learn the advanced poses? do you have to learn from bikram? or are there classes?

  • The chick giggles at 3:20 when she see's his big balls !!!

  • Wow... this really cut into my beer drinking time... j/k wish I could do that stuff... without practicing... of course.

  • Wow...

  • Impressive but at the end of the day no more than any advanced yogi can do. For me, you take or leave the postures/flexibility, I'll take enlightenment any day...

  • me falta mucho por aprender jijij

  • does someone knows the music by this video, especially the beginning???thxxxx

  • wow very nice 2 gud beggners n i personaly love it for better living in dis beautiful earth n i m requsiting u 2 all plz do yoga n make india flover of india

  • There is so much wrong with how these asanas are being performed. It's a bit worring that people learn yoga without an understanding of real basics, e,g, hands, neck...

  • where do you propose learning these basics from? sources please.

  • esak, you are an inspiration to us all!

  • yoga...flame

  • is this really hatha yoga? i would call him a gymnast. obvs its a demo but the performative feel is kinda gross.

  • It's very advanced Bikram Yoga

  • this is not hatha yoga its bikram

  • @ebie1995 Bikram yoga is hatha yoga

  • love this effortless

  • Lovely to watch Esak again, thanks!

  • I want to reach this level, its amazing!

  • I've been to several Bikram places and at various levels and I've never seen anyone do inversions.

  • That is an amazing demonstration. What strength he has, he must be so dedicated, i enjoyed it so much, thank you

  • is this guy a vegetarian?

  • Interesting question. I honestly don't know. What do you think?

  • i would think so based on his skill level; however, i don't know if he practices all aspects of yoga or if he does it simply as a "workout".

  • you can bet he's vegetarian, maybe vegan. i trained with ida ripley and she went vegan 4 years ago inorder to improve her flexibility. she's one of the best in canada.

  • @billymisfits probably raw vegan. Not an ounce of fat on him!

  • dude 1:54...

  • My aim in life is to get as good as this guy,

Inspiring, thank you for the post.

  • Amazing!

  • My mom is just starting Yoga and she showed me this. I said to her, Holey crap he is good.

  • Yes, very inspiring and really makes you appreciate the health, strength, and possibility of the human body.

  • Wow How did he learn how to do this and where?

  • There is another video titled: "A little Weird" that has a few seconds of him talking about his introduction to Bikram Yoga. His mom is a certified Bikram Yoga instructor and he started when we was 17, which was 14 years ago.

  • Thanks for the information. I want to be as developed as he is at Yoga, his health must be amazing

  • @GypsyKatcher24 These postures are actually from various series of Ashtanga yoga, I don't believe they are practiced in Bikram

  • What is the name of this cd and song?

  • I think it's from Buddha Bar - not sure about the song.

  • @kesmit3 It is in Punjabi, a language spoken in northern India and Pakistan.

  • first song is Returning to Now, Artist -Karunesh, Album - Zen Breakfast
