Holy shit, those lasers are stupid. They're not even fun, it's just extremely terrible game design. I love all the Megaman games, but those lasers are one of the few parts I could've gone without.

@Afrojitsu the whole point of the lasers is you have to be quick to get by them, very appropriate for quickman's stage I think. it was a rite of passage in the gaming world to be able to get by those lasers without using the time stopper. if you could do that you were a badass!

So easy when you know it by heart. The trick is to study the patter, then fall correctly in each room segment. The 3rd segment with the lazers there is an speeding spring rodent -like enemy. This is key to take advantage & get hurt for a few seconds so you can go right & dodge the lazer once invincible to get the energy tank and goodies. I like fighting quick man as normal mm cause its a challenge to learn his almost unprdictable pattern . I can now beat him without getting hurt once by him.

Quickman in megaman 3 is the hardest boss if u ask me, in megaman 2 he isnt too hard(i fight everyone only with plasma gun to make it more challenging)

Actually,you can still use the Time Stopper against Quick Man.

After the Death Lasers, you can recharge it by attacking the Sniper Joes.

bah, quickman is one of the easiest bosses in megaman2, you just need some practice with the beams and you should be able to do it np, most annoying things in this game are the appearing blocks in heatman stage and flying birds at airman and crashman stages

heatman's stage is easy for me, all you need is knowing the patterns of the blocks then once you get to the part with all that lava path, use item 2 and get across

after with all this, heatman's stage is easy as all fuck

you dont even need to, just fly across the giant pit of lava with the dog and your fine. if the dog is fully powered it will easily clear the pit.

The easiest stage is Metal Man. For the boss all you need to do is jump and shoot. I say Quickman is the hardest stage and hardest robot master. Heat Man is pretty easy after you memorize the block patterns. I know them by heart at this point.

Quickman's stage makes me realize I suck at the old Megaman games. I can't even make it past the second set of lasers with the flash power.
