Well, since it's your 40th anniversary, it would be nice if you made either a custom Phenom II CPU or a new architecture altogether that rivals Intel's Nehalem.

The Core i5 750 is serious bang-for-buck—for now, anyway. It would be nice if you competed with them more in terms of CPUs on the Performance market.

Still, the Radeon HD 5000 series is coming out pretty good (minus the manufacturing delays related to the 5800 series). Nvidia's answer is nowhere to be found.

lol funny side note... intel actually invented the first 64-bit architecture (IA-64) but you had to recompile everything for it and it was a pain in the ass but AMD made 64-bit useful by just adding the extensions to the already widely-used x86 Arch. (which is what you're probably on right now :-))

my first PC was an intel 386 with a 387 math co-processor running at a blazing 8 Mhz and I had a turbo boost button that kicked the speed up to an outragous 16Mhz running windows 3.0 on a huge 100 megabyte hard drive. I love AMD! I have an AMD Athlon II X4 620 2,6 GHz and an ATI 4850 1GB! Only AMD! I bought the CPU in Greece for 95 Euro and the video card from Powercolor 108 Euro! The CPU is great but the video card not so much... Actually, I'm a bit disappointed from the video card which at the games with the highest settings, runs sometimes slow! But sometimes I get 80 fps!
