moony down here i florida but did you sand it and prime it cause the paint come out 10 times better that way

nah, could you explain the process?

sanding is just to get the finish off with fine grain not really that necassary unless theryre show munny's but prime them for sure. you can use krylon spray paint which works good for me then use krylon gloss spray paint or any other gloss finish you have. but tight work for your first though
