@zilililidur you mean the red circle/ black hole/ attractor things? you have to get REALLY close to those and shoot to kill them. or they explode and kill you. the one interesting thing i notice though- after they spawn, they'll just sit there innocently until you hit them yourself. i've let one sit for like 5 minute before until i accidentally hit it

@flyboy21141 yeah -- also, those things are "collectors".. if you collect too many baddies, they'll explode. but you can kinda "shoot them down to size", so they can continue to collect enemies. the more enemies you pull into them, the more they're worth when you actually do destroy them..

some one give me their opinion on this:  so i was thinking about modding a 360 controller for this game to help you get a very high score and this is what i thought the mod would be, in geometry wars as long as you constantly keep shooting in front of were your going your almost guaranteed a high score so i was thinking that you could mod the 360 controller so that wherever you push either analog stick the other would always get pushed that exact same direction

Highest I ever got was 3 mil. I've plateaued and most of the time I died around 2.5 mil. You just have to keep going in a circle around the screen. The difficulty plateaus at a certain point, that's why some people who get really good can keep going and going.

I had a hi score on Live when it first came out. Pointers: If you are playing on the pc, get a wired 360 controller used for cheap. Get used to the game. Build up a lot of lives and bombs. When you feel a certain life is gonna go well, use ur bombs a LOT to keep up the multiplier (Thus, more lives and bombs)

These are the types of spawns that you get at 3 mil, ie the everything spawn... if you hemorrhaged 9 lives and 6 bombs to go from 14.8 to 16.6 (a span of 1.8 mil), how did you possibly manage to get the initial 11.8 mil (from 3 mil to 14.8 mil)? AND end off with 9 lives and 6 bombs, performing a task that is about 6 times as difficult (AND THRIVING TO GET 9 LIVES!)
