If you plan on getting fucked up then you should realize that you are accepting the risk that you could either get into serious trouble, get some bad drugs that affect you in a way that you didn't expect, overdose, or have a bad trip/high. You shouldn't do drugs if you can't handle the situations that may arise from you doing them. It's nobody's fault but his own if he has a bad trip and he willingly took the drug.
