@Gygydygoo I wanted to ask you what the show was exactly. I read up on it on wikipedia, and there it said it was mostly reruns of the batman and superman animated series', with occasional original episodes. As someone who know about the show, is this correct, or was the entire show original content.

@SuperGuy344 What happened was that they wanted both shows in the same time slot so they put them both under the same title. So their were reruns from both shows, but also new episodes from each (By this point They were both animated by the same studio)

This was just an alternate opening to show episodes from Batman TAS and Superman TAS. Despite episodes from earlier seasons appearing more often, Batman TAS wise this opening is only available on the season 4 set while Superman TAS wise, it appears in seasons 2 and 3 I believe.

The only thing I hated about this intro is when ever I saw it, it was usually for an episode of Superman. It was rare that ever showed Batman under this opening. And even then it usually an episode from the first 3 seasons that I didn't care for.....

suprisingly Disney XD doesn't use this intro since they have Batman the Animated Series and Superman the animated series.

then again they probably don't have the rights to the later batman eps (other than the batman/superman team up eps)

This was hands down the best show of the 90's. Both Batman AND Superman TAS were amazing and great. They don't make 'em like they used to. (well, ok, The Batman came pretty damn close but TAS is STILL better IMO)

Guys, both fighters are my FAVORITE of all DC characters but the debate about who would win out of the two will go on forver. Logically, you could see WHY Superman would win with Bats not having powers and everything- but you all seem to be forgetting Batman's intelligence. How many times has he proven that brains CAN beat brawns. Being totally biased, i'm just saying- don't count Batman ou tb/c for all we know he probably has something on EVERYONE

The only reason Batman would win is because if Superman would win Batman would die (can't have a dead Batman).

In an unbiased fight, with no holding back, Superman would win in an instant (literally).
