It looks like you're not driving your hips enough when doing the full kettlebell swing and depending too much on your back. Look up some vids on proper form and you will see what I mean. I'm a fat bastard and you're in better shape then me but look it up to see what I am talking about.

My goal is to get as lean/slim as possible, and was wandering if this is a good routine??
Monday - spartacus workout (2 circuits) followed by 20 to 30 minutes of steady cardio.
Tuesday - heavy weight training followed by hiit (running)
Wednessday - steady state cardio (max time) (stationary bike)
Thursday - heavy weight training followed by hiit (running)
