Sure, earthquakes happened long before Haarp and long before youtube...they're natural ..but. the idea of frequency, and using radio waves to get a certain vibration..(for who knows how many reasons)..is completely plausible..just like a guitar string..imagine the uses for a military to possess something like that?..besides finding any kind of natural resource...to be able to understand, use and manipulate the earth/weather.....it's a scary, secretive world...and it sucks being a worker bee...
