Well they are both the FDNY. But they are separate and at separate houses (stations). There is FDNY EMS and FDNY Fire. They run separately, and have different Academies. Any other questions just ask.

well they may be the busies in the world but not to mention station 9 of LAFD that barely fights fires but responds to 40-60 calls a day. :) just what i seen on the news, FDNY is still the best :D

Dat de chauffeur dat moet doen... Het zou een mooie assisterende vervoerstaak van de verpleegkundige aan de de chauffeur zijn, net zoals de medisch assisterende functie van de chauffeur aan de verpleegkundige. Maar goed, waarschijnlijk hoeft hij niet te schakelen. Er wordt in de VS zoveel automaat gereden... Ik heb ze gehoord en gezien ja, maar niet in het echt. Ze klinken nooit hetzelfde, maar ik dacht dat er wél een mogelijkheid was hem te laten door loeien (maar misschien zit ik er naast.)

Met zoveel optie's leek het me onmogelijk dat de chauffeur het deed, maar schijnbaar kan het dus wel haha

De mogelijkheid om het te laten loeien is er wel, alleen dat doen ze haast nooit.

ik heb ooit eens gelezen dat het komt omdat de automobilisten er niet opreageren als ze de sirene laten loeien.
