Yes, I know a lot of ppl figured out b4 me, but lets just look at some of the things here.

1 yard range, wtf? It's obviously a "passive" ability (Your next melee attack...), so how can you have a range on it? Also, it is rediculously explained. I didn't understand quite at the beginning, had to read it twice to understand what it really did. Last thing: it takes 100 runic power. No spell does that... It's like saying that a Mage's Deep Freeze takes all his mana so that he can't use Ice Lance...

@pateuvasiliu actually 5-10 yds isnt melee range. melee range is melee range, the range at which you can auto attack. get 10 yards away from an enemy, and right click

Fake. The level 85 spell is a move which puts a debuff on an enemy and you can use there next anythingthatspellreflectioncan­reflect by using the spell again. not this :P.

To answer your question Billie, Blizzard has stated that they will be doing massive changes to the unholy and blood spec in order to make blood the primary tank spec, therefore, this spell along with otherwise is an attempt to make a primary dps spec in compensation. So it won't nerf the other specs but is just a way to make a balance between the two. No news on frost spec though.

They will remake the tree's so that the primary of each specc won't go into -> Tank and Dps. Blood will now be a tanking specc, Frost will be a DW specc and Unholy a 2H Dps Specc.
