Oh and one more thing, about the call. The ball was moving in his hands and the nose hit the ground. Even though it was way to close to tell if his elbow hit the line or not, the nose of the ball hit the ground. I thought it was a great catch and would be upheld, was a little surprised it was overturned. The officials MUST have seen enough for them to conclude that it was not a complete pass before going out of bounds.Nonetheless, it was still an amazing game.

From a True Blue Michigan fan. My hats off to VT and that stellar defense of theirs. They held a very potent Michigan offense under 200 total yards. MSU with their great defense this year couldn't do that. So that in of itself is extremely impressive.

About the call: First off the "homer" argument for the Pac-12 officials does not hold ANY water. The Big-Ten and Pac-12 have been rivals for decades, and for a Pac-12 team to "give" a call to Big-Ten school, to me, seems highly unlikely.

By rule it was not a catch. The player must cleanly, CLEANLY maintain posession of the ball while making a move and the receiver did not as you can clearly see the ball move before and when he makes contact with the sideline. @Murray13j The overturned TD was questionable for sure. And Hokie fans are justified in feeling slighted. But (1) there's no telling what Michigan would've did on offense once they got the ball back and (2) the refs didn't miss the field goal.

@jwb864 Michigan actually staying in the game was caused by our dumb play calling. Yes, I'm totally pissed...because Danny caught that pass. There is no question about it. Michigan fans will say it wasn't because they don't want to admit they won because of the terrible refs. 180 offensive yards? Like I said to the other moron, Michigan got pooped on. Our stupid mistakes allowed for ya'll to not get blown out.

@Murray13j He never had possession. He got a lot of help from the ground, and the officiating really wasn't that bad. The only blown call was the pass interference no-call before the roughing the kicker on VT.
