  • classic Trance....beautifully sweeping and lush; forgotten vibe of music

  • You guys knocking on all the "new" younger people with their "cd-synced" players. Well maybe that's all they can afford. Im 24, and yes I used to be like yall, knocking on the newts, but coming from someone who lost their job, and numerous pairs of decks, its not that easy to be mixing proper all the time. Have been mixing on vinyl since 15, but now all the way down to VDJ. So just because someone has to go down one way, doesn't always mean that is their chosen path.

  • This was enlightening.

  • good times.

  • such a tragedy that they don't make such tracks... you can't imagine what I'd give if I was born much earlier to be at those parties... this is PERFECT!!! It's so sad I can't even share it to anyone... cause they listen to Pitbull and Lady Gaga

  • Man I remember this. I remember listening to this after parties when my rave buddies and I were all beached ez bro. They just don't make 'em like they used to.

  • this song is perfect ... masterpiece x

  • PURE bliss!

  • plurrrr

  • HOOJ records take me back to underground parties in abandon shopping malls and plazas in down town Los Angeles and Hollywood in the early to mid 90s.

  • Very, very probably the best E.P. ever. Angel and Gamemaster are Sublime.

  • I'm dreaming of becoming a DJ and bringing back this great trance... If I learn how to do djing maybe I will, but it's really impossibly hard

  • @PurgerKaj it’s not hard at all... just play the music from your heart and the crowed will follow.

  • @fatboymig1

yeah but... being a producer isn't simple at all... I tried fruity loops but that's like impossible

  • hellfire...the holy unmixed grenade from my exposure...thx sooo much for this upl...

  • WOW

  • Guys if you would like to hear the chillout remix of this song stop by my page :) I have it. They're both great. (Yes I got permission from dial8d for posting this, not a spammer here okay!! lol)

  • ly back, close your eyes, and drift away.......absolutely stunning

  • This track is my absolute favorite from Hooj. Holds a special place in my heart and always will. Sooooo beautiful. So well balanced. So very well produced. I had this vinyl, lost it, then paid a very pretty penny to get another copy. The drop is so sick.

  • end of '89 the start of something great ocurred, around the end end of '98 to 2000 wtf happened? Peace Love Unity Respect lost it's way, with many other things.Todays music is still good to some degree, but oldskool still gives me shivers when you hear certain tracks and what you were doing when it dropped.

  • @oxypimp1 You call yourself "oxypimp" and then wonder what happened? lol.

  • @DBRGroup i hear ya, lol

  • Very '95 and before this track, if you want more like this, search for Sasha, BT and Renaissance. Much of this track is peaking out of the early 90's hardcore era. Top track!

  • I almost missed this track...even though I was DJ'ing pretty heavy back in FL (1997-present) And I was mostly playing Trance and house, even still, maybe this movement shaped the people who loved the music just as much as the music itself. I wouldn't want to live without it, ever...

  • !!! OMG ..superb ..i can't believe it is made in 1997 :X

  • Once 2000 hit, trance in general went to hell. There are a few excellent exceptions, but trance just isn't made the way it used to be.

  • @1wingedangelokc I think there was still some good trance, but yea it started declining. After 05 and 06 there's a lot of commercial crap that's all pump and no substance.

  • It's not so simple, man. It's about the whole techno scene disintegrating. Mostly because of the downfall of vinyl. These days all the kiddies want to be superstar-DJ's with their auto-synched CD-players — not understanding a thing about the true art of mixing. Making music has also become too easy; the kids never had to learn it the hard way like the oldschoolers did. Developed computer programmes and accessability are good things, but the originality and ingeniosity are dying.

  • @burteriksson Totally right mate, DJ with vinyl or dont bother!! I used to DJ and I went to gigs with a "Cheat sheet" My set was planned (to a point) and when I stood infront of the set of 1210`s I had +2 or +4 or whatever writen on this sheet so I could get the mix as tight as poss, it was just a guide as to where to pitch the next tune! As for writing tunes, I`ve got 3 keyboards, 2 I play and one is a slave played by by master keyboard. Not a PC in sight! LONG LIVE TRANCE!!!

  • Nice and dreamy :)
