  • @cornwallgeezer - You should visit Kenneth Cheung from the Leung Sheung lineage. It will turn your understanding of WC upside down. I too trained in LMK for a few years reaching instructor level...Now I only focus on Leung Sheung methodology. It's insanely hard work and very subtle.

  • @cornwallgeezer Chow tze chuen Is a Very well known yip man disciple, His lineage has a seperate dummy kicking form that yip man personally taught him and no one else so his lineage has that one edge yip

  • I like the end part, where he's calling out William Cheungs lies.

  • @tonyvalente Despite the fact that they both have terrible WC is just too funny.

  • @papertiger7 oh haha, u no wut else is funny? nah, i no u no, ur a joker

  • @TheDiseaseDevil Well Lo Man Kam's WC is certainly laughable, I'll tell you that much.

  • @papertiger7 oh, not even to bother to "explain"? i no, u r not a person of opinions, lol, ill just laught a bit more

  • @TheDiseaseDevil I'm not one of those WC bashing trolls who go around promoting MMA on Youtube so I''ll get that out of the way. I have a WC background, and based on my prior training under Gary Lam (look him up on Youtube), the stuff Lo teaches is just ridiculous. I hate getting into WC lineage politics, but the disparity of the training between Lo and what Gary Lam teaches is hard to ignore. Based on my training and observations, I have the most respect for WSL trained teachers.

  • @papertiger7 every wing chuner has respect to wong shun leung, and u dont have to tell me who gary lam is. the thing is u never had experience in lo man kam's class, we dont do chi sao until the third year of training, and before that we are already out to spar... and if u really no something about yip man wing chun's history, u should no even wsl himself didnt try to critisize or question lmk's wing chun

  • @TheDiseaseDevil Well, that's where we disagree I guess...the training methods and the application of principles and concepts. That should be expected since we're under a different lineage...but I still have a rather underwhelmed of Lo Man Kam's skill level. And the story about WSL, I think you got it wrong man lol. Before Wong enrolled at the Yip Man's school, he was rather unimpressed of WC. He had trained in boxing earlier and he thought that WC was ineffective.

  • @TheDiseaseDevil (Cont) What changed his mind was Yip Man's skill level when he sparred with him. He had defeated all Yip Man's senior students before sparring with Yip Man, and guess what one of those he defeated was Lo Man Kam and rather quickly as well lol. If you don't believe me its all in Black Belt magazine, search it on Google Books, the copy is free. I can't post a link in the comment box.

  • @TheDiseaseDevil (Cont) Honestly, look at all the WSL trained teachers, they have an in depth understanding of WC principles and concepts, and **gasp** know how to fight using those concepts. Instead of, just playing patty cake chi sao with their students and calling it a day. No disrespect to you if you are under his lineage, but really the skill level of Lo is low compared to the WSL line. Given, that he also teaches Taiwan police, I really wonder how he got the job in the first place.

  • i am chinese and i trained for it for a long time. And im just saying its good that people want to learn wing chun for self defence but on coccastion people look so weird doing kung fu.just saying

  • @mofotox you are the charlatan. it takes a lowly man to judge others. if you seek the truth you will eventually will find it. , i feel sorry for you.

  • @mofotox another mother fucker who makes fun of the language
