You're so right. I HAD to eat otganic fruits & veggies ONLY for 2 wks. due to a gall bladder attack; or else I would've had to have emergency surgery. No liquor, sugar, dairy, meat of any kind...Nothing but fruits & veggies. I dropped 7 lbs. in 6 days & felt/looked better. I'm a vegetarian now. (A drinking one) :)

In this case you would have to eat dirt. I'm an herbivore, and proud of it. When you buy them in your local store they are already dead so your not doing a bad thing by eating them.

i would imagine . the thai lifestyle suports the veg thing. dont know for sure but with his muay thai boxing.probably embraces the whole thai food n all. n the spices used with the food are medicinal. which help keep the body healthy. in india a medical art called im spelling it wrong, my speling suxs. aruvetic medicine is used. n spices are used also as medicine.
