@Truemoderate Actually, that's not what it looks like. They had feature-hiding covers on the front and back to keep its true look hidden until it was ready to be announced. Just search for any pics of the 2011 SLS AMG and you'll see its actually quite an attractive car.

i aint going to lie the s2000 and the cross fires look is in it and when i seen the spy pictures i thought it had a dodge viper look to it. it aint a bad interior design but the door panel is a littel plane and the exterior design  aint bad i like the front shot and the back but what makes me want a car is the side shot and its way to long

The pics are out now of the finished model, and it looks amazing if you ask me. It will be one of the most exciting cars to come out. I like the way manufacurers are going back to classic designs and revamping them for a modern model e.g Fiat 500, Ferrari California, VW scirocco, Jaguar XJ <(not liking that one so much). What next, a Saab 900 Turbo? That would save Saab if they did make one.

i think it can outperform the SLR but Mercedes cars and also the SLS i guess are always build to be also a every day car and they are never no compromise sports cars, maybe the SLS is didderent. The car is made by AMG

I do like how you could use mercedes sport cars each day, but you could also do the same with the SLR. But mercedes should at least be shoulder to shoulder with the SLR.
