i apply pencil eyeliner all the time, but after a while it always ends up smudging, adn like drooping down from the lower lash line. should i try using permanent Kohl eyeliner. or is there anything else i can do. ?

@layahxo yeah i have grey metal retainers on the backside of my top and bottom teeth, and my teeth have aways been slightly transparent, so i think thats what makes them look like that.
