Nice vid. I have trouble keeping my core temp regulated as well. Im from the South so it gets extra hot out here in summer lol. I will have to try the ice pack & spray bottles trick seeing as how i have nieces & nephews that are into sports. I have missed countless games due to the extreme heat. I am a c6 c7 quad
Hi, great work. You might also be interested in having a look at the Active Hands hand grip aids to help hold things with weak hands. Google search "Active Hands" or "gripping aids". They hold fingers in really well to stop them popping out with movement. They are also padded, have Quad/tetra friendly finger loops which stay in position (instead of flopping around) when pushing loops through the D rings and are machine washable. Can be bought online and posted worldwide.
If you think 95 degrees is hot, come to AZ, you'll probably spontaneously combust. It always goes over 100 in the summer. I think a few months ago it got to 108!
@GrizzlyMcBearson that's pretty sweet. thank your lucky stars that you didn't get hurt down here in the States. You might not be faring as well as you are now.
HA nice... It seems so average to have random frozen pieces of clothing in the fridge for me now after almost 6 yrs.
Um careful not to keep it too cool down there! You don't want frost bite! Have you ever tried carrying a bottle of ice with you? It's not as messy and you can drink it as it melts too.
this is a huge help my brother is a C7 T1 Complete and he doesn't sweat anymore and we don't understand why but this is a great idea i'm going to jack some of his tanktops and wet them and do the same as you've shown me. thank you so much
@hamster06666. Another good idea is to take a hat and fill it with crushed ice from a fountain drink stand at McDonald's, Subway, etc and fill up your hat with it. As the ice melts it trickles down your neck.
hahaha awesome man

@rabbit0877 No, in Quebec (a province in Canada) the government runs auto insurance here. They take care of me and I can't really complain.
