The ability for it should go something like this lets it hit the foe no matter what condition. Meaning that even if the foe is a ghost type, used dig,dive,or fly, the pokemon can still hit it. Just something i thought of by reading it's entry. Since it can hit ANYTHING, that is what it's ability should be.

I THINK RIKUSA IS TOO MUSCULAR AND DOFFERENT FROM LUCARIO TO BE AN EVOLUTION.

I think something with armor would be more appropriate and kickass. but, my opinion, kep on drawing, you rock!
