The only way for the rich to put money back into an economy is to spend it. If you had the money and wanted a sub or anything else that you fancied, you would probably buy it. If all you have is $30K for a car, you will get a car of your dreams withinn your budget, But if you had $500K to spend I'm sure your idea of the car of your dreams would no be that $30K model.
