Had not wanted to see any tributes to Maria and Gabriel, almost a year and a half later still is too hard. That candle light vigil was wonderful, that was me and my two friends there, watching it made me feel like I should have done more, WHY though? Nothing was going to bring her and Gabriel back to life.

What softens the blow ... cesar back in Onslow County jail, and I pray that ALL ACTUAL TRUTH comes out and all those responsible are brought to justice!!!

the crime scene is literally like a 5 min walk from my house, when i heard this i was like no fuckin way, i walked over there and it was all taped off and when ur standin therelookin at it, it really hits home that this was someones life that was taken here, it just really blows ur mind...noone deserves that....noone. thoughts and prayers out to the family

I went to Vandalia butler high school, she was a senior when i was a freshman. I really wish i would have been able to meet, when she was there at the time she seemed like a really nice person. My regards to the family, and friends.

I believe you; I "teared up" when I first heard it. (Until recently I wasn't too fond of Amy Grant's singing but have started to really like it.)

This is a very moving tribute to a young woman whose life was taken too soon. She's the mother of a beautiful son, soon to be born, also was taken from this world too soon.
