I live in the suthern side of the Border, in Ciudad Juárez, and I can tell is the Border Patrol Hellicopter who´s penetrating the mexican territory, SEVERAL TIMES A DAY, why? I don´t know but is intimidating and a violation of of the Mexican territory, the USA is becoming a dangerous neighbour to us.

Imho- If the flight was clandestine ,daytime was not condusive for an op. My interest would be to hear the radio traffick at that time concerning this occurence . But - it could be as simple as someone went awol from mexico bound by their laws or an us agent with authority to fly w/them in for a look see .
