The broken leg some believe is the first thing they do to disable a deer. I wasn't a believer in bigfoot until I saw one for myself in The central Idaho mountains in The Frank Church River of No Return Willderness (Over 2 million acers). Me and a friend were working as a wilderness ranger team cleaning up trash in the wilderness. We saw one cross a logging road about 100 ft in front of us. We were supposed to split up the next day so we could cover more area. We stayed together after that.

In my experience I would say the sasquatch could have killed the deer out of anger or frustration. Either the deer was making a scene when it noticed the sasquatch (deer and other herbivores are known to do that), possibly causing the sasquatch's cover to be exposed. Or because it was in the wrong place at the wrong time. If sasquatch is real, we have to realize they are a very close relation to humans...who as we know kill for no reason.

I believe its possible the limbs on the deer where twisted and snapped any other creature would have devoured the limbs.. but its broken for a purpose so that the deer can't get away after it is attacked.. And just maybe the leaving of the carcasses and the ripping of the throats is more like a signature to other area predetators that the area they are lurking in is Sasquatch territory. Just an idea though.

The liver is usually removed in a Sasquatch kill. The neck of this deer was torn out, more like a cat. I'd wager cougar, however, it didn't eat the corpse for some reason.
