  • do you do cardio as well because if your just lifting weight with no cardio you won't loss as much wait as if you were to do both maybe you should try cardio for 3 out of the five days you work out and lift weights for the other 2 days

    I have not uploaded any new videos...I know I should....I work out 5 days a week and I got from 6:30 am - 7am CARDIO then weighs till 8am and then I swim laps in the pool till 8:30. So yes I do cardio. :)

  • wow gurl ur very active lol but u shuld be losing more than ur losing right now but I will tell you what I do cuz I've lost 11lbs in 12 days I eat wateva i want in the morning dat is 200-320 calories, for the rest of the day I eat as much negative calorie foods(look it up on google) as I can it might sound hard but it is very easy cuz u never get hungry.(but if you do get hungry eat something low in calorie) at night do some cardio( I do turbo jam trust me it really works and its fun) good luck

  • i dont count calories either! i just try to keep things balanced, try to have at least one vegetable/fruit at every meal (even breakfast!).

    you can regroup and totally get back on track. you look like you've lost weight :o) if you need any support or just wanna vent just hit me back :o)

  • u look like you lost weight.well ive been trying to lose weight too.i dont count calories cuz it makes me gain.any ways i eat when im hungry and i drink alot of water before i eat.i try to eat whole grain stuff instead of white,it helps,eat just what u know is healthy or low fat.also try to eat a balanced meal like a meat,veggie and carb.well ive gotten use to it and its workin.also just weigh your self 1 x a week.just keep tryin things until you find something that works.
