Na i said he charged $20..I got 2 things signed my Dawn clamshell vhs and my TCM3 Leatherface Vhs. Which was $40 for both.

Yeah most charge but from time to time some celbs will take a pic for free , If you buy a autograph most take pics for free.

Last year I got a few people to take free pics..The others I paid for..I think if you get a signature its money..A picture should be free..
