I've been into metal for 30 years, yet was never able to wrap my head around the style of this track - being classic or traditional death metal, of course. Few stops, no tempo changes, no super standout riffs (this goes for the whole subgenre, as far as I'm concerned...) It gets boring very quickly. No "big parts" to look forward to. Classic DM is a mundane snoozefest. Yuck..

This song is definitely better than their older stuff, but it's still pretty mediocre. The jumpdafuckup riff that comes in at the end pretty much completely ruins it though. It would have been listenable without it. I should have known that a bunch of wiggers couldn't resist putting some kind of breakdown in.
The new vocals on this album slurp the blood straight from every virgins' rotting vagina. This fucks the old AOAA with Barbed wire condoms and anthrax for lube.
I'm so glad that AOAA steered a little away from deathcore and more toward death metal. Their new stuff is so catchy. The riff at 0:50 is my favorite riff right now!

Who gives a shit what genre it is. I'm pretty sure when they were writing the music they didn't worry about what genre people would say their music belongs to. Just listen to it, if you like it then cool, if you don't then don't listen to it and shut the fuck up!

This song is definitely better than their older stuff, but it's still pretty mediocre. The jumpdafuckup riff that comes in at the end pretty much completely ruins it though. It would have been listenable without it. I should have known that a bunch of wiggers couldn't resist putting some kind of breakdown in.

I'm so glad that AOAA steered a little away from deathcore and more toward death metal. Their new stuff is so catchy. The riff at 0:50 is my favorite riff right now!

I hate AOAA's old deathcore shit.. but this album is truly amazing, this band is a perfect example of how badass one band can become if they finally decide to jump off the deathcore bandwagon and make some actual death metal. we need more bands to do this..

oh my bad i though you knew them heres just a few decrepit birth, suffocation, abysmal dawn,psycroptic, necrophagist, nile, katklysm, arsis (eh), amon amarth and TBDM isnt deathcore but i can see deathcore influences in the vocals but his highs resemble that of black metal sometimes

they have no metalcore influences what so ever and the only deathcore influence is maybe the drums but they are not core in the least bit and aoaa is definetely not heavier than TBDM im an extensive listener to TBDM and they are very heavy but melodic at the same time. this is just random technicalities thrown together. Go ahead troll me but i know what deathcore is and i know what death metal is and this may be death metal but its nothing compared to bands like i mentioned

id have to agree with pretty much everything you said you are clearly the only one who knows what your talking about and i have to agree with black dahlia murder being MDM.However the more i thoroughly listen the more i can tell its death metal so i will say i was wrong but i mean one guy was like "yea the vocals arnt the same so its death metal you should learn more" i mean i knew i would get trolled but come on at least leave something relatively intelligent

i know what death metal is and i know what deathcore is but but honestly the black dahlia murder is definetely death metal mixed with melodic influences and black metal but all im getting at is real death metal doesnt sound like this like i mean its sort of death metal but just doesnt sound right they need to figure out what they want to be because you cant go from being shitty pig squeal deathcore to death metal the change just didnt work . listen to vader thats real fucking death metal
