  • Please, HBO gods, tell me he's whistling "The Bear and the Maiden Fair", I've always wanted to hear that, "The Rains of Castamere", "Ballad of the Blackwater", and any of the other songs we hear of over and over again. They're always the once playing at interesting and memorable moments where a minstrel is around. Or maybe he's whistling A Hand of Gold? Little foreshadowing?

  • I can't wait for Tyrion to get his army of hill tribes

  • They should have made this preview last up until Tyrion declares he likes living

  • gold? women ? golden women ? :)

  • Shit Sunday is so far away lol

  • Pretty shaait preview but I still cant wait to watch this episode, this series is absolutely brilliant!! Got me reading the books even. Winter is coming!

  • @Sanzo84 There was Hadrian's and Antonne's wall, though more popular in the earlier Roman times, walls still though.

  • aaah YES, first video ive seen with 0 dislikes

  • @musleo123 Impossible to dislike Tyrion :)

  • WHEN WILL IT BE ON HBO GO!!!!

  • Zero people are with Roose Bolton. Wait. ZERO DISLIKES!? YES!

  • Sunday the wait has almost ended.

  • I want some golden women.

  • anyone else see some symbolism in this show? the lannisters are a symbol for corporate america, the throne a symbol for the us government and ned stark a symbol of the citizens. just saying this seems like the real world translation of our modern lives. anyone else agree?

  • @MoT359 because the average citizen is so honorable? XD

  • @MoT359 Uh no. I see no such symbolism. In fact I think you are a skewed liberal trying to pigeonhole his political views into a great show about power machinations and storytelling.

  • @doxide umad?

  • @MoT359 Actually George said that the War of the Roses was a great influence on Game of Thrones. Its a dynastic civil war in England. Fought between 2 major noble families. The Lancasters (Lannisters?) and the Yorks (Starks?) Which eventually won by a Lancastrian, who goes by the name Henry Tudor. Thus establishing the House of Tudors who ruled England for more than a century.

  • @warnation101 Ssssh, spoilers! Not everyone knows how the War of the Roses ends!

  • @warnation101 Exactly. But GRRM did say that although a lot of stuff is inspired by history, don't look for analogies. I mean, late medieval England didn't have a massive ice wall between them and Scotland nor was Cornwall a desert region.

  • @Sanzo84 Of course. Thats where the "fantasy" part of GoT comes along.

  • @MoT359 i see ur point bud but can we please enjoy some magical unicorns and dragons for once without bringin in politics?

  • @hitmun007

Then you are watching/reading the wrong series my friend

  • @MoT359

    no-one does,

go sit somewhere in the "fail corner" and take you're emo stuff somewhere else

    thank you

  • the awesomeness of the show cannot be overstated.

  • Oh how I love these two!

    *********************Spoiler*******************

Ser Boros Blount: "No man threatens His Grace in the presence of the kingsguard." Tyrion Lannister raised an eyebrow: "I am not threatining the king, ser, I am educating my nephew. Bronn, Timett, the next time Ser Boros opens his mouth, kill him." The dwarf smiled. "Now that was a threat, ser. See the difference?"

    That's just brilliant stuff!

Waiting for Shagga, Timett son of Timett and of course Chella daughter of Cheyk!

  • @dassajackley Tyrion is just awesome and the actor who performs it is double awesome. Cheers for both!

  • "I should just take your food & leave you here, what would you do then?"

    "Starve" xD

  • Listening to the audiobooks, great stuff. Tyron telling Bron about his first love and how his father shamed him alive.

  • God I fucking love Tyrion

  • we need 9 more seasons

  • Some say the world will end in fire

    Some say in ice

From what I have tasted of desire

I hold with those who favour fire

  • @jmgou1 That's Frost isn't it?

  • Two more days!!!

  • This series is SO adicting

  • Bronn and Tyrion:

    Bros. For. Life.

  • Tyrion is one sweet talking bastard. Bronn got his mind set right.

  • Okay, I'll go ahead and ask... What food?

  • Good how, they modify the text from the book, and the result still the same.

  • @vide0gameCaster It's funny, because this episode's script was written by George RR Martin, the original author, himself. So the modification was done by the guy wrote the original lines in the first place.

  • @koinosuke Yeah, I know that! But still, he's not alone to work the text. So when I say "They", I'm talking about all the people who are working the dialogue. (sorry for my english)

  • They're kind of like the Westeros equivalent of Stewie Griffin and Brian in this scene.

  • Rob and Big in the middle ages. LOL!

  • Gotta love his fake British accent!

  • Having read all the books as I'm sure a good majortity of people have, it's hard to watch at times. Most of us know what's happening in the next episode, it's not going to be pretty. They are doing a pretty good job. Still not representing the Imp's physical traits, but the wee man is killing everything else!!!!

  • .......Golden women?! Ah the Imp cracks me up.

  • @ismisejohn Good catch. I thought he said Gold and Women.

  • Y U NO FEED US EPISODES FASTER!!!!!!!!!!????

  • I'd watch a show that was just about Tyrion and Bronn on the road, getting into all sorts of adventures and trouble.

Or perhaps a flatshare sitcom with Tyrion and Bronn set in King's Landing.

  • @Sleeper919 I'd prefer the road one. It'd be totally epic

  • @Sleeper919 That would be great!

  • @Sleeper919 You could call it 1 and a Half Men! I'd watch it for sure!

  • when tyrion was whistling i thought bronn was about to start singing "people let me tell ya about my best friend"

  • I don't like where things are going but I'll just have to warm my heart with Tyrion!! good to see ya.. Bronn too!

  • i love him

  • Where is Shagga! And Timmet!

  • @QueenOfTheSnakeSS I think I´ve heard that there´s no Timmet in the show. Shagga will be the only tribe figure...

  • Just read this part in the book :D Finally caught up!

  • Comment removed

  • Give me the next episode now, or I will have Shagga chop off your manhood and feed it to the goats!

  • mira @catpow3r un preview del capitulo 8

  • Wonder if Bron will play a bigger part in this story than what I first thought. Can't wait till sunday :)

  • Just hope for at least 4 more seasons <3

  • @megaearplugger Six, damnit!

  • @megaearplugger well they already announced the 2nd season has been picked up, this was right after the pilot aired and they saw how high the ratings were. if the show continues to be successful i dont see them cancelling any time soon

  • @megaearplugger You mean 6 more seasons I hope

  • @LetsPlayMineSweeper well unless they make the seasons longer they'll need far more than 6 more seasons to cover the last 6 books. Based on the length of the second and third books i'd say theyll need at least 12 episodes to cover clash of kings and at least 16 to cover storm of swords. They better at least get through storm of swords. its my favorite by far of the first 3. HBO is renowned for cutting shows short though plus who knows when Martin will finish the last 2. may take 8 years.

  • @snuau Martin said after finishing A Dance with Dragons it's getting easier to continue writing, so hopefully not that long.

  • @megaearplugger Why not the full series, then?

  • Can't wait for the next episode!
