  • hi mate, i know you can get brushless motors for the 4 3b, but can you get them for the 4 3, and what is the main differance between the 4 3b and 4 3? thanks

  • 4#3B is the better and newer version of the 4#3

  • co-axial helis are the easiest to fly..

  • I would also like to see a guide for conversion, thanks.

  • There's a Walkera 4#3 brushless thread on rcgroups, and some have posted detailed build logs.

  • that's a cute little heli... can it do hardcore 3D???

  • The 4#3 is a fixed pitch heli, so 't can't do hardcore 3D.

But Walkera has plans to release a collective pitch heli (same size as the 4#3) by the end of 2008 (the 4G3). That bird should be able to do some 3D.

  • and its out now :) and in full metal brushless... i think

  • Any of the parts get hot?

  • The motor may get a bit warm, but certainly not hot. The ESC stays cool.

  • where did u buy the brushless from?

  • I got the parts from several different sources. But nowadays you can get most stuff at jonathan9113 dot 1freecart. com.

  • could you create some sort of guide as to how you can create a brushless conversion? and what are the benefits of it? i just really want to do it because the motor life is so short! Thanks.

  • how much did it cost to do the brushless conversion alone?

  • Around €45,- (US$70), including shipping and Losi screw set.
