Cher was born in 1946, her first hit was in 1965, she was nineteen years old... she's continued to have hits in each consecutive decade, most recently in 2011. (The beginning of the decade) Any career that began in 65 and continues into 2011 is only 45 years long but it does indeed include dates in 6 consecutive decades. LONG LIVE CHER!!!!
