I really don't understand how the Glenrose plays any role in this development. It's relatively close to the site, but still far enough away that I'm not following the connection that some of the speakers in the video seem to be making.

When i first saw this i was like it's ok not bad plan but now i understand will this will win out of it's competitor after watch this video. They are allowing for NAIT , other companies and GOV to take a slice of the land and join in which is a win for the company and developer of the plan because now the Design team will have the support it needs to win building plans. Smart move by Vancouver team. I gave you a 'A' for smart tactics and 'C+' for design.
