Its this weird internet term, no one really knows who started it, basically rolling on floor laughing copter! you say it when something really funny happens. the soi comes from microsoft sam ( a type to speech program ) found on windows, when you type soi in, the program says swaugh, like the noise of a roater blade, it was made famous in a machinima series called Arby n the Cheif, so yeah Roflcopter!
