  • @collincoburn no, since paperclips are magnetic. you need an non magnetic copper wire.

  • Free Energy is real and its here! The Oil companies are doing everything in their power to stop these information. If you want a Free energy machine do a search in youtube for the LT MAGNET MOTOR , Join the revolution!

  • @transfusablepng dumb dumb

  • Do you know how much time will it spin?

  • @peetman23 many minutes, depending on the contact and it's weakness, so to say

  • @pixelcomet many minutes? only minutes?not houers?

  • @formulaformula1133 depending on your construction. I always used empty batteries - so you may try on your own

  • does it have to be a neodyium or whatever its called magnet

  • nett

  • is this ac or dc?

  • it's a regular 1,5Volt AA cell. nothing special. those cells are always DC ;-) take a copperwire, not a magnetig wire and it works after a bit fiddeling around.

  • thanks, i'm new to this stuff

  • The volt of my battery is 1.5 volt and it is also AA cell.

  • the wire spins because the energy is being drawn from the magnet into the wire , then going up towards the positive end making the wire spin.

  • haha

I tried to do it, but my spiral only got hotter!

  • thanx

do you know if it will work with a bouble A battery?

  • sure

  • is the middle thing just a battery?

  • an AAA cell, yes.

  • thank you

  • it HAS to be a neodium magnet :O?

  • it has to have a conductive edge

  • whats the wire used??

  • just some unisolated stiff wire. you can use a office clamp or somet.

  • wow that is so cool. i'm going to show it to my students. thanks!

  • i see u used a small battery and i was wondering, do u think it would work with a bigger battery, also?

  • yes it would. :)
