They are just adding another main from Congo to the river, basically from where the KCT stops which is congo to West Sibley which is west of the river. Its only single track going over the river. Going to straighten out some of the curves.

is BNSF triple Tracking the entire marcilene sub or just this portion from sugar creek to downtown.. and why wernt the SD40-2 anf Geep leading?

Just about 15 miles will be triple track. Geep and sd40-2 were leading when they changed direction.
