@gamegoddess123 Nah, since Shigeru Miyamoto hinted a timeline, this is what I think happens. Since the triforce, and the seal of the seven sages transcends the flow of time, Ganondorf remains in the sacred realm even when Link goes back in time because remember that Zelda mentioned that the door of time, and the door to the sacred realm would be closed? That means that Ganondorf, no matter how much time passes until the Wind Waker events, cannot escape. :D

1. I don't think that it's official that Ganondorf LOST the triforce of power, but it more so went dormant or could not save his life when he was stabbed with the master sword. Since the master sword repels evil, and the triforce of power was being focused by Ganondorf through evil intent, that's probably what stopped it from restoring his life, the master sword and its light. Restoring the life of an evil man goes against the light of the triforce.

@gamegoddess123 The legend said that when the other two triforce pieces were bereft (without) an owner, they went to those chosen by destiny. So the triforce of power probably has no choice but to do the same. ^ - ^ In my belief, it would go to the person who, most of all in Hyrule, has a desire, or most believes in the element or force of power, regardless that it's a corrupt belief or not, it would go to that person, and knowing Miyamoto, he has a whole BUNCH of characters that can get it. XD

@gamegoddess123 So in short, trust me, Miyamoto will find more ways than one to make a new game, even if they have to advance further in technology which will more than likely cost them some Zelda fans. But someone is gonna end up with the triforce of power, although it may not be for another three or four games until that's figured out. No one could've predicted the trilogy that Ocarina of Time caused, so Twilight Princess may end up with a similar trilogy, if you ask me. :) Thanks for the Q's.

even so, getting unlimited rupees at the end of the game for ALL THOSE SKELETAS is such a rip lol. Most players wont even get that, probably not even the full 20 hearts. You should get like a cool shield or sword or mask or outfit or somthingg.

I believe that, because Link was sent back 7 years at the end of this game, Majoras mask takes place like a year after Link gets sent back (he looks older so is not like a month). Wind Waker might come in if after Link came back 7 years, never killed Ganondorf again when the 7 years passed, and the gods had to put hyrule underwater like in wind waker. But I basically think Wind Waker takes place years after Link defeats Ganondorf, and Link disappears (which in my other statement he was gone to..
