is it possible to do the sedona method wrong? what if i say something bad and release something i dont want to release (i have ocd and my mind tends to play games). I'm scared that I accidentally released something I didn't want to. thanks
The first few times, I found it difficult. The more I tried to let go, the less I managed.
Go with it, accept that whatever "happens" or whatever feelings crop up are right for you at the time.
And maybe make the "not departing from your feelings" the next thing you let go of - keep repeating the 3 questions with this - you'll probably find your reaction changes as you keep repeating or that a different "thing" replaces the first question. That's normal and a sign it's working.
You can use those if they're appropriate - quite a lot of the time, our issues come from trying to control something we can't control or from looking for approval from others so we're doing the "right" thing. Experiment to see what works best for you.

Hi, what about the questions
1. Could I let go of that feeling of wanting control of that feeling?
2. ..... wanting approval?
3. ......of wanting to change that feeling?
Do you know if these are more specialized question? Or do you just ask the questions you asked on you video and get good results?
