  • Rofl, hella aggressive match.

  • santo ryu??? elbow + soto + daito????

  • no such thing in kendo. Just nito ryu, daito + shoto

  • actually it was satire.. whooah you must be one serious guy.. good day

  • o haha.

  • dang.... I feel bad for the nitoryu... must been desperate or somethin'...

  • lol timepark stop tryna act like you know what ur talkin about. Kendo is not about what you wear, any color wouldn't affect the true intention of the arts. your just jealous u werent the one on the screen actually fighting and not talking

  • btw, the Kr guy does a better fight

  • What kind of gi that Korean wears?

That looks like some cheap sports wear. Where's respect?

And what that black line means? 38 degree line?

    Sorry,I don't want Korean one.

Becourse white gi are only for noobs and women in Japan lol

and again where's respect to original.

  • Well if you're finding respect to Korean players, YOU should respect other peoples culture too.

Thats all I'm gonna say. I have no further intends talking with a GIT who's discriminative and arrogant.

  • Sorry dude, these White gi wearing noobs won the 13th WKC, so deal with it.

  • Is that why japanese team lost to a fuckin noob US? haha

and "noobs" korean won the championship??

  • @Timepark Your comment offend begginers, women, and Korean.

  • Demand some respect there, you aint know shit about Kendo either.

  • so the usa guy got skewered at the end

  • itokazu has a very aggressive and effective style of nito (he's quick also), but it doesn't look very nice. i even would say its an ugly way to fight nito.

  • you wouldn't say that if you knew him. how many times have you been to the world championships!!!!!!

  • koreans doo know nito its just taht they dont use it often

  • Nito ryu...I thought it was quite rare that it was used in matches anymore. The taitari was very interesting looking. A good video, thank you very much.

  • typical cheap japs

  • woops wrong comment

  • is that raymond sensei?

  • Raymond sensei from UOT kendo club?

  • lol that comment was from 2 years ago.

and i corrected myself long time ago anyways.

obviously raymond sensei is .. WAS* on team canada .. and this is team USA. haha wow long time since ive watched this.

  • yeah I just noticed. lol

  • wow it's amazing match. sugoi!

  • itokazu is certainly a great threat to Korean players becuz Korean players don't have a lot of experience playing with nito-ryus. I doubt there are professional nito-ryu players in korea... definitely none that i know of even though i lived most of my life in Korea.

  • What kind of logic is that? Of course Korea has experience with nito (ido). Koreans master everything in kendo except nito? They wouldn't make if far if they this were true.

  • my kumdo/kendo teacher knows all styles... pffttt i dunno where u got that information because its dumb...

  • tuvo la raja la volaa

  • wow hahahaha

  • Hahaha, he went for men with the shoto when the guy fell down, hahahaha. I wish they would have given him the point.

  • Moocows?? hahahah fierce fight !!
